What a fabulous location! You are right in the middle of quaint Downtown Frisco. Dinner was never more than a couple of blocks away at most, and breakfast was delicious self-serve with lots of fresh baked goods, fresh fruits and jams, waffles, eggs, etc. The rooms have VCRs and the Inn has a large selection of movies in its library. Our hosts were exceptionally laid back -- they make it look too easy! Great town, **fabulous value**.

Happy new year to the staff!!!!! Wow what a cool place!!! I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay! Thanks for the warm accomodations, the great belgium waffles, and the tasty soup. I had a great time! I don't think I would have gotten nearly the feel for Frisco had I stayed anywhere else!!! You guys will have to take us mountain biking when we come back in April or Sept... but remember we're flat landers!!! :) Thanks again for everything!

Your welcome, the cozy room complete with kitchenette and cable channels with VCR (what a movie library!), the grand dejeunier, and afternoon soup hit the spot.
